Donna – Doctor’s Assistant and Eyeglass specialist
With the opening of our optical shop, Donna has truly found her niche. When not assisting our patients with their annual eye health testing, or instructing patients on how to use their contact lenses, Donna can be found helping patients find the most becoming eyeglass frames around. Donna orders all of our frames, lenses, and eyeglass products too! If you ever have questions or suggestions about our optical shop, Donna will be happy to listen.
Marina – Administrative Services Supervisor
Marina is tri-lingual, a fan of “Castles” and our resident expert on contact lens companies. She is in charge of our systems for ordering and stocking lenses, our systems for tracking your lens and supply orders, and our medical recordkeeping systems. Marina is also happy to claim Millburn as her current hometown.
Maureen – Insurance Specialist
Maureen is our Insurance Specialist and Biller and can answer all your insurance and billing questions. Our doctors are participating providers with many top companies including Aetna PPO, Aetna HMO, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO (inc. out of state) Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ PPO, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ Traditional Plan, Cigna PPO, Great West Healthcare, HealthNet, Medicare, Oxford Liberty both HMO and PPO as well as Vision Service Plan (VSP). For companies or plans with whom we do not participate, we will be happy to submit to your insurance as a non-participating provider on a case by case basis.
Pam – Office Manager
Pam is the very proud mom to two sons in high school. She organizes our advertising, produces our mailings, balances our books, and generally handles the all unseen but necessary details to keep the office running. Always interested in improving, augmenting, and smoothing out our office functions, Pam would love to hear from our patients with any suggestions, complaints, or even, hopefully, compliments.
Kyle – Office Assistant
Kyle is the staff member you are most likely to see when you first enter our office. He will be happy to help you with any questions you may have as well as assist the doctor with all of your pre- and post-examination testing. Kyle recently joined our staff straight from studying biology at the University of Maryland at College Park and we have found him to be a wonderful addition to the staff. Very reserved, Kyle has been known to crack a big smile from time to time, especially when helping our youngest patients.
Jeanine – Office Assistant
We are happy to introduce Jeanine, another staffer who will greet you warmly upon entering our office. Jeanine will confirm your appointments, answer your question and assist the doctor with all of you pre- and post-examination testing needs. After graduating from Kean University with an accounting degree this spring, she celebrated a new life by getting married this fall. We all wish her the best as she settles into married.
Carole – Office Assistant
Carole a long-term resident of Millburn, proud mom and grand mom, has been with us for over five years. Aside from her clerical skills she is the champion shopper for our office, and truly enjoys this aspect of her job! If you have received your birthday card or appointment reminder notice appointment lately, Carole has probably sent it to you.
